FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer ongoing adjusted rates (similar to a sliding scale) and am always happy to talk to clients about what we can make work for them. I do accept out-of-network insurance, will soon be accepting in-network insurance for most insurance companies, and also accept cash, check, credit card, or HSA.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to connect with potential clients over the phone so we can chat and get to know each other briefly. This gives clients the opportunity to make sure that they're comfortable and that meeting feels like it will be a good fit. It allows me to learn more about a clients goals and needs. If you have provided your phone number I will reach out to you right away. If you have not, that's okay, but you will need to call, text, or message me to connect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I obtained my masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and received my undergraduate degree in Human Development and Family Studies. I am an LPC, or Licensed Professional Counselor, here in the state of Colorado. I work with individuals & couples to Improve Their Relationships. I'm comfortable letting you know if I think our working together will be a good fit. If it is not, I can happily make an appropriate referral.
