The job greatly expanded over time because he did such a fabulous job on the first work order, which was to do all of the construction remediation in a badly flooded basement: drywall repair, painting, replacing damaged floor molding, replacing pad and carpet. I cannot recall the square footage of the basement now, as the house was sold some months ago. Then, I hired him to help get the house fixed up for sale. The house is about 2900 square feet. He painted the entire interior, replaced the carpet, had all the numerous windows cleaned (in and out, including a 450 square foot sunroom with a two story glass ceiling) he fixed all the interior woodwork. In addition to all that he basically oversaw the sale of the remnants of an estate sale while there was no one else there to help me. This was all done with exceptional craftsmanship and timeliness. Even in a very hot real estate market, I honestly believe that the house sold as quickly and for the price it did was due to the work that Joe did. Joe is as honest as the day is long. We have become friends as a result of these many projects and I can truly say that the only good thing that came out of the events leading up to the need for this work to be done was meeting Joe. If you need any of the many services that Joe can provide, you would be foolish not to hire him.

Joe did the drywall work and marble tiling for the new surround for our soaker tub. He installed new lighting in the ceiling and a sconce on the wall. He installed new mirrors, and towel bars. He tore out a boxed in fluorescent light, and installed recessed lights, and patched the drywall and matched the stomp texture technique. It's all beautiful. Although he could have finished sooner, had he not been interrupted by other contractors/projects, he did finish in less time than estimated.
