- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 4.8% commission of your sold price for listing your home. 2.8% of that goes to the buyers agent that brings the buyer and 2% of that goes to our company for listing, marketing and negotiating for the sale of your home. Typical agents request 6% but we offer a discounted rate of 4.8% to seller.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When listing your home, we have a detailed pre-marketing plan to help build demand for your home. We work as a team and instead of just having one agent you have a team of 3-4 people working together to help get your home marketed and sold!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everyone on our team has their real estate license including any assistants and transaction coordinators. We also participate in further education multiple times a year.
