- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Residential: We offer fixed pricing based on count of areas (see services for more details). This pricing is all inclusive with the exception of things like pet urine, tar, blood or red stains. No nickle and diming going on here. Commercial: Work is always bid onsite. We'll measure with a laser and get you an accurate price up front.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we set an appointment, you'll receive a confirmation email and text message containing your estimate. You'll then receive appointment reminders, and an on-the-way notice when we're heading to your home. After the appointment, we'll follow up to make sure everything went great. We're locally owned and operated so you'll always be able to speak with a true professional if you have questions or need anything at all.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Numerous IICRC certifications maintained in-house across our technicians. Ongoing education required of technicians. IICRC Certifications in: - carpet cleaning - carpet repair and stretching - water restoration - odor control - upholstery and fabric cleaning
