- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on requested food items and services. Chef will contact you to discuss your budget, event, and other details, then submit a quote or bid to you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Always work thru the details carefully. Many people find themselves working with a chef for the first time, and that can be intimidating, always ask questions if you don't understand something, and always suggest proper services. Showing a portfolio is always fun.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Professional Chef of 16 years. 8 Years of Catering Experience from various companies prior so starting my own company.
