- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer customers who hire weekly services a discount as well as extra chores at no additional cost and complimentary estimate and discounts for our new and loyal customers!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- We will contact you to set up a cleaning - We will be prompt and detailed about what we need to clean first - We will book a good time and day for customer - the customer can expect a thorough cleaning and the highest level of personalized service provided by our skilled and experienced house cleaners. - customer can let us know what requirements are and we will follow them. New customers need to know that we will contact you before the cleaning to notify you of the cleaner's arrival and align cleaning details, after the service we will contact you for service feedback and also to send payment information. Our cleaners take all the material and products necessary for cleaning, our customers don't have to worry about anything. We work with 3 types of cleaning: regular/basic, deep, move in/move out. In the case of standard cleaning, we always recommend that you do a deep cleaning of the house first (if you have never done professional cleaning) to better meet your expectations as it is a more complete service, then follow with standard cleanings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over seven years of experience in providing commercial and residential cleaning services. We are residential housecleaning company and we take pride in providing housekeeping services and maid services that are simply the best and by far exceed the rest. We do commercial cleaning, janitor cleaning.
