Melanie did a great job of providing information and choice of carpets for our church hallways. The cost was significantly less for higher quality carpet than others bid.... It was very concveniet to have them come to me and the pricing couldn't be beat. A little confusion with installation quote and actual installation, but overall much preferred this experience to dealing with one of the big box stores. Will definitely use again if we have flooring needs.

Melanie made the process of selecting hardwood floors for our house very easy by asking questions to get to learn more about our style choices and looked at our existing furniture to ensure that what we chose would match and look great and it sure does! Melanie was very prompt in her responses to my questions and the price was very reasonable. In fact, we will be using Carpets Direct to replace our carpets when we are ready for that home remodeling project later this year. So glad we chose Carpets Direct.
