Goals
Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: As a Certified Professional Life Coach (C.P.C) I work with clients in face-to-face in the Denver area, as well as remotely around the world, to help: identify life and professional goals, recognize the obstacles holding them back, and implement actionable steps to help move them toward where they want to be.  This is done simply through structured conversations, where I provide an objective perspective, paired with my own high-energy passion for life-optimization. The process never involves nagging or guilt-tripping, instead it simply aims to cultivate a thought provoking and creatively stimulating experience for the client, ultimately kickstarting and harnessing the power of his or her own self-motivation. Coaching is essentially a relationship shared between an accredited coach and a client, which uses a strategic methodology to help individuals maximize their personal potential. Life coaching is not teaching or consulting, those process come from a stance of expertise--and I can promise you, I am no "life expert." Instead, the core of life coaching principles is the honoring of the client as the expert in his/her life, and the belief that only they truly knows what is absolutely best for their own life. With this in mind, my responsibilities as a coach are simply to: Help you identify, clarify, and synthesis your goals. Promote and encourage your own self-discovery. Explore and elicit your own self-generated solutions and strategies. Hold you accountable and responsible, ensuring continued momentum toward your goals. The process is not whimsical, nor based on my own personal ideas. Life coaching follows a specific framework and uses strategic methodology laid out, taught, and regulated by accreditation bodies such as the ICF (International Coaching Federation).  HOW IT WORKS: Our first meeting will be a free 30 minute session where we simply get a feel for each other, go over your general goals, and discuss the methods used by myself as a life coach. From there, if we decide it's a good fit, we determine the best scheduling options for you, and begin periodic sessions. If you're not in the Denver area, these sessions can be done remotely via phone, but I prefer in-person, at a mutually comfortable location, such as a coffee shop, library, or park. I've found 1 hour sessions to be the most effective, and generally suggest 3 to 4 sessions per month. At this standard, my rate is $40 per one hour session. However, I am 100% flexible, and willing to discuss timing and pricing options to fit individual needs. I get to help people optimize their lives and pursue their passion... What's not to like?

Was really getting overwhelmed by my work/school load, and had the idea of a life coach suggested to me by a friend... I have to admit I was very skeptical at first, but couldn't be more happy with the sessions I've had so far with Iver. He's really helped me get a better grip on life.

I have really enjoyed working with Iver for the past 8 years. Our conversations about life, both professional and otherwise, are always engaging and beneficial. Iver possesses the ability to work through problems constructively and efficiently. He always approaches work and life with an optimistic, but pragmatic outlook and is never quick to bore. He is intuitively curious about life around him and takes the initiative to learn about everything within his grasp. Iver is an outstanding professional, engaging intellectual, and a genuine friend to all that he meets.

Iver has been awesome for me. I was in a bit of a rut, and he was just what I have needed to gain some perspective and get me motivated. Compared to trying to convince me to do things, I talk most of the time while he listens and asks questions. He is an attentive listener, and he always gets me thinking with his questions and comments. There is nothing chore-like about talking with him. It is time I use to dive into myself with someone to help speed up the process while keeping it positive.
