My 25 years working with families and businesses have provided valuable knowledge and insight into human nature and why we do what we do. I have a certified professional coaching certification (CPC) from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), and am also a member in good standing with the International Coach Federation (ICF).
Watching people discover themselves and decide on the path they are meant to take is a rewarding experience. There is nothing quite like that moment when one realizes his/her true purpose and begins to move toward that goal.

I worked with Jeff on a personal issue and he helped me to figure out a strategy to address it. He did this by staying patient with me while I talked, asking penetrating questions at the right time and helping me devise a strategy to address my issue. Through his feedback, he showed me how to own my solution and ways to act on it. I definitely recommend Jeff as a partner in personal development.
