- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am entirely self taught, but I have contracted for many Forbes Fortune 500 companies over the years without incident or complaint. Companies big or small need not worry when hiring me to tackle a task. I have also done my fair share of residential computer repair, providing quick same day turn around on software or hardware issues when parts are available locally; next day service is available when parts need to be ordered in as long as the device can be diagnosed before 3 P.M. Eastern Time.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always had an interest in computers and I've made it my goal to learn as much as I can about the field to provide the best possible experience, service, and support for my customers while doing it right the first time.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Small Business, residential, and industrial customers.
