- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our menus are customized per event, which gives us flexibility in what we can provide for our customers within their budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to schedule a phone call, to get a better idea of the event and the customers needs. We'll send sample menus within your budget for approval. Once the final menu is made, we will send a contract with a draft invoice.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Details are very important! The more information you can provide to your caterer, the easier it will be to fulfill your needs.
