FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you can provide links to the furniture you need put together I can give you a flat price for assembly, otherwise I do furniture assembly or light handyman services for $30/hr. If you're on a budget let me know, I'll always be willing to work with you on a fair price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I just need to know what kind of furniture you need assembled, and that's really about it. I want to make you feel comfortable and confident in hiring me, so if you have questions about the work or special concerns regarding your home or the job just let me know! I want to work with your schedule and needs and will do my best to do so.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been a do-it-yourself homeowner for over 15 years and have picked up a lot of handyman skills along the way. I've assembled more flat-pack furniture than I can remember and know how to assemble them without making mistakes or compromising the integrity of the materials - very easy to do with composite materials. There's nothing worse than putting together a new bookcase that wobbles, and I'll make sure that never happens to you!
