For every 4 sessions with me you invest in I will give you a complimentary 5th one.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially we establish goals and expectations over a given period of time. Next we go through cardiovascular, strength, and biomechanical assessments. Based on the athlete's lifestyle, goals, and measurements, I then formulate a plan to achieve success and we execute the plan over time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
