Introduction: Most window cleaners don't go into as much detail as we do! We don't just clean your windows, we detail them. That means that we take a 6-inch blade to remove any paint overspray, construction debris and other junk that sticks to the windows. We also polish the windows with steel wool when they are cloudy. We love when our customers say "The glass is so clean it doesnt look like its there anymore!"

These guys were here on time and gave me a courtesy call when they were on there way. They were clean and receptive to my needs while in my house. The quality is great. They explained to me the steps they were going to take to achieve the highest quality my Windows could be at and to remove all debris and gunk off the window. They even went out of their way and removed Cobb webs and cleaned the bulbs on my deck. I can't tell there's a window anymore. It was a great experience with Professional Window Cleaning. Great service, worth every penny. Each window was handwashed and they even took the screens out and were sprayed down and cleaned for every window. My neighbor used a different service with a company that uses the big spray handle. There windows were left with water marks and mine still look good a month later even after a a couple of rain storms. Very happy with overall service.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We make our bids based on our full detailing process, which includes scraping the windows, washing/scrubbing the screens, cleaning the tracks/sills and detailing the windows. It's not just a wam, bam thank you man kind of job. You're going to love looking out your windows when you choose us.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would prefer to come out and give you a true custom bid but since thumbtack doesn't allow that we bid on our average costs knowing that the majority of windows need a complete detailing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The school of hard knocks aka working our butts off cleaning windows and learning through trial and error.
