Nathan and Wayne did not complete the project and left me in a dire situation. He knew going into the project that a certain part of the bathtub had to be replaced. As I explained, the job went from replacing a drum trap (2-3 hour job) to removing the tub, breaking up concrete, replacing drum trap, replacing concrete and reinstalling tub. (2-3 day job). In order for this to happen we would need to reschedule other jobs to accommodate yours. So rather than taking in the new project we passed. Not sure how that’s worthy of a 1 star review but there’s just no pleasing some people I guess.
