- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
30 minute dog walk = $20 +additional dog(s) = $5 each 60 minute dog walk = $30 +additional dog(s) = $5 each 30 minute dog jog = $25 +additional dog(s) = $10 each Cat drop in = $15 Customized drop-in’s, walks, overnight visits price TBD.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we’ll schedule a Meet & Greet at your home. We’ll discuss your pets needs/behaviors/commands, as well as anything else that I should know prior to walking or sitting. This is also a great opportunity for me to begin building a trusting bond with your pet.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve been in love with animals since I was a kid and grew up with countless pets. At the end of 2016 I started scheduling dog walks during my lunch break so that I could get out of the office for a bit. At the end of 2017 my company announced that they would be closing, so I began to think about what I should pursue next. My company always encouraged entrepreneurship and following your passions, so I decided to focus on pet care full-time and have recently opened Mile High Dog Walking.
