- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is the same for how we deal with any customer. We offer personal service to each and every customer. If enough information is provided and/or the task is simple, a quote can be given w/o further communication. While some information can be conveyed thru text messaging we do prefer communication with an initial phone conversation before visiting your location. After our phone call we can arrange a meeting to look over the work. A rough estimate may or may not be able to be given over the phone, most times a physical visualization is needed before a quote can be finalized.
