I encourage all athletes of all ages to improve! 1 hour sessions at $50 Any add on is $15 a session and for couples it’s $60 for hour sessions Minimum training a week is two days a week Nutrition coaching is built in the pricing Any questions further just message me I’m passionate about helping people achieve their best versions of themselves! Being supportive and apart of others lives as best as I can is what wakes me up each and everyday!

I was referred to modest fitness by a friend . After three months of working out on my own with minimal results i had lost maybe 9 lbs in that time frame i knew something had to change. initially i was skeptical i live in NYC and Modest Fitness is based in Colorado but after messaging with Stephon back and fourth and getting my first set of workouts my concerns were alleviated. all workouts were scaleable and challenging the first two weeks were tough but we spoke regularly and adjusted when needed. its been six weeks and i have lost 20 lbs which i admit is uncommon but i will take it. Stephon provided meal plans along with the workouts and made himself available, with my schedule i have odd times when i workout, I reached out to him at odd hours and he always responded politely and promptly i have had trainers who stood next to me who did not care this much. it has genuinely been experience and i recommend him to anyone serious about not just losing weight but improving their quality of life

Stephon is fantastic! For me specifically he has helped connect my mind with my body in a way that has improved not only my fitness and diet - but my overall well being and health.
