Philippe was a great help when I was shopping for a house in Denver. He responded to all of my questions quickly and scheduled showings for any house I wanted to look at. The market was very fast-paced but he kept me in the loop with new homes on the market that matched my criteria. Nice, professional, and knowledgeable guy. I would highly recommend him.

Philippe is extremely knowledgeable on the Denver real estate market and very personable. As a consultant, I travel frequently for work and Philippe was flexible in accommodating to my volatile schedule. Philippe helped us in getting our first home and we couldn't be more grateful for his time and efforts! Philippe was never a pushy real estate agent when we were still viewing homes and was always very calm and collected during the whole experience. Since it was our first time going through this experience, I was so appreciative that he never got frustrated or annoyed whenever we needed something explained to us more than once.
