- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer competitive, fair pricing, but promise exceptional results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I'll communicate several times (via phone, email) before the project begins to insure we're on the same page regarding dates, areas to be painted, quote updates, etc. I'll also offer advice on new, trending colors, recommend sheens for specific areas, and answer any additional questions they might have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BBA (Management) from Georgia State University, which I draw on to run my business on a daily basis. I've also been painting part-time for many years, and 4 years now full-time.
