FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For general financial planning, I do not charge any fees. If and when I provide an actual financial product, my fees for service will be completely outlined once we have established what that product is. My goal is to minimize any fees that you are paying for all the financial services you need and want.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always believe that getting a thorough understanding of someone's financial life is the most important starting place. It is nearly impossible to give proper guidance to someone without first getting a "bird's-eye view" of their situation. An initial phone conversation or a person-to-person meeting is usually the best starting place.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.A. in Economics and have studied Banking, Stock Markets, Real Estate Markets, and other financial markets for over 25 years. I am a licensed mortgage lender and have very close relationships to other financial service providers that can assist with products ranging from Life Insurance and Retirement Planning to Real Estate negotiation and Business Planning.
