- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am highly competitive in pricing; my process include a few more steps than most. In 20 years I have not done a change to increase pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call customers back within four hours, arrange appointment times to work with customer's schedules. When meeting customers bring color charts based on what their color needs are. Most of all i listen to the customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10+ years serving and building the machinery I use daily. Worked for coatings manufactures who makes the products and was taught by the factory itself how to install these products.
