Robert Garcia responded to me late at night (when I first submitted my request), and was able to show up the very next day. This was pretty urgent for us (since stuff was backing up into the house), and having someone show up who could help right away (like less than 24 hours) was great. He explained what he was going to do to help clean the line running into (and out of) the tank, and then went ahead and did it. He showed us what he pulled from the line (which looked like someone had maybe flushed a rag down the toiled, as well as maybe some vinyl something), and took the mess with him when he left. Our line is now running clearly again. He also provided us with a warranty on the work done, and let us know that if we needed help again in the future, he would warranty the work that had been done. I can definitely recommend the work and results he provided.
