What is unique about my business is I understand what people face financially when it comes to home improvement due to being taken advantage of greedy contractors. I work with my clients to help make projects affordable. Our work is at best, yet we charge less. This is my slogan.
I enjoy being complimented on my work by satisfied costumers. My work is not done until the customer is pleased. I enjoy doing home improvement. It is an art. It makes me feel good to look upon my finished projects. I enjoy doing on to others as I would have done on to myself. I love it when I have repeat costumers who say they wouldn't call another contractor. I love the five-star reports and my standing with the BBB and other small business support organizations that have motivated me to continue in this business even through hard times. I love helping people accomplish their goals, and I gain praises in that. A happy client is a potential repeat client.

Byron came on time and within an hour he had replaced two ceiling lights with new LED fixtures, one in my walk-in closet and the other in the adjacent master bathroom. He was knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend Byron and would use him again as he told me he also does plumbing and general renovation work.

We hired Byron to replace three bathroom sink faucets and the drain baskets, etc. under the sinks. Like plumbing projects often do, it turned out to be a longer and more complicated project than originally expected, but Byron persevered and saw it through.

I am very pleased with Byron's work. He scheduled my paint job in on very short notice and was willing to work on a weekend. The work and clean up were impeccable. I plan to use him in the future for painting projects and renovations. I strongly recommend him.

Mr. Brooks fixed the plumbing under our sink and replaced some of the ruined cabinetry. He did a great job and was very reasonable. He also came out on short notice and did not charge us extra during the holidays. Thanks Mr. Brooks we really appreciate your help in fixing our plumbing problems!

This guy is amazing. On time, reliable, cordial, professional, bargain-priced.
He installed a cat flap into an exterior door, and adjusted two interior doors (so they no longer rub on the carpet). We are completely pleased in every way. We highly and enthusiastically recommend Brooks Renovations.
