FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is as individual as is each project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet at the project site and hear about the woes and the wishes. I am able to either give an estimated cost for the completed project, give a set price for the project, or negotiate a time and materials agreement. Hopefully, we can schedule a date to begin, that time will come, I will practice what I love, and all will be happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My work deals with so many materials (woods, plastics, metals, fibers). It seems the common thread between them is the need to adapt each to a particular situation. Mathematics was my strong subject in schools and helps me find the right angles and cuts needed for success. I've attended workshops, seminars, and training sessions from several manufacturers across several product lines. I try to keep up by reading what I can about new and improved methods and products and code requirements.
