Kyle personalizes your training to help you achieve your goals. If you are willing to commit to fitness and follow the training program he designs, then you will be more than satisfied with how much you will grow and learn. It may be hard to believe that you can receive more beneficial instruction from an on-line program than in-person, but it is true! Kyle goes above and beyond and I couldn't be more happy with his instruction. You are able to workout whenever is best for your schedule and his feedback is amazing. My main advice is to take advantage of Kyle's expertise by filming yourself right from the beginning. It has helped me improve my form immensely. This program is right for you if you are serious about getting fit and committed. No one is going to force you to follow his plan, so you need to be self-motivated. Kyle's feedback and your results will keep you motived and excited to workout.

Kyle helped me setup a workout routine along with advice on food intake. He gave me weekly feedback on how I was doing and always gave me great ideas on what I could change or work on. I don't recall a day I wouldn't hear from Kyle which is exactly what I needed - constant support/push. I also enjoyed the workout routine - it was exactly what I needed.

Kyle is great about switching the workouts up so you don't get bored but each workout is still difficult so you get a great sweat going!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I have a variety of options depending on your wants and needs. Depending on the service, my rates can go from 97-300/month for online personal training. For in person training, it is 75/hr

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    With new customers, I always offer a free movement consultation. We assess your movement and mobility, then put you through a short training session. From there, based off the session, we decide what package would be best suited for you.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have trained over 100 individuals in reaching their health and performance goals. I have been in the fitness space for a little over 6 years.
