- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try and keep our prices the lowest they can be, and to always stay below market averages. We promise will do do our best to work with you and to accommodate your budget. We provide both hourly & flat rates. Minimums/Deposits will ALWAYS be discussed in a private 1-on-1 professional manner, prior to the start of ANY project, big or small.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communicate every step of the process start to finish 100%. To make sure they are comfortable with our processes, employees, and procedures. Also we like to make sure and set an understanding that THEY are in charge of this project. We are here to provide them services ANY and EVERY way that they want them done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our specialties are the following- * Painting Services * Grout and Caulking * Toilets, sinks, faucets, water pipes, fixtures - Repairs/Replacement * Ceiling Fan install. Any size or any style * Lights Fixtures install. Any size or any style * Blinds & Curtains * Mirrors & Frames * Cabinets Pull Knobs * Door locks, knobs, deadbolts, peek-holes, etc. installs * Drywall texture, or popcorn ceiling repairs Knowledgeable with most ANY general handyman service and/or maintenance services including property preservation.
