- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a minimum of $225 for any and all packages. We do so many different types of entertainment and art forms, that the pricing varies. You just have to drop me an e-mail and I can easily get you packages and pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically people are price shopping, so in order for me to get them a price I ask for location, date, time frame, number of kids/guests, and type of entertainment they are looking for. Or if this is for a decor order, I generally need to know their theme, ideas, and budget. Pictures are always a plus, but not necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a theater girl. I have a BA in Musical Theater. I have been drawing cartoons since I was very very young. I have Second City training from the Professional program, not the hobbies program. I have theater and music teaching experience, so I'm very experienced with children and planning. And I've been balloon twisting for 15 years. My company members are all highly talented. I'm very picky about who I work with. I would only send someone that I would want at my own party. A lot of my balloon artists and face painters actually work for the suppliy companies to help them sell their product, so you know they are giving the best representation of body art and balloon art.
