Introduction: I really enjoy working with people and love the magic that happens with the right crowd, great food and a few glasses of wine. It’s wonderful. Like I always say-“Good company is the best ingredient and pretense makes a lousy garnish”.
I am a locally based Chef currently working at The Ace downtown. 20+ years experience in food and beverage. Specializing in Mediterranean, regional Mexican and mid-century American cuisines, I love what I do. Also an avid food Writer for the OC Weekly and numerous other publications I truly enjoy not only what I do but talking about it. Cooking demos, private parties, backyard BBQs, casual and formal events are things I am adept at. I also have a lot of Chef buddies who can execute any cuisine who love to jump in and help, from sushi to steaks we have it covered.
