There was not enough food at our wedding reception. He eventually set out more chicken, having our guests wait in long lines for a very long time, but there still was not enough food. Our guests needed to eat cake to try to fill up. I told him to prepare food for 150 people, even though 132 guests, us, and the workers we fed totaled fewer than 140. There should have been extra food. We paid for extra food.
He also increased the labor costs by $2,000 the month before the wedding, even though we already signed a contract months before, and I explained the exact number of hours he would be able to set up before and how many hours we would need him months before. He was dishonest and unapologetic about ruining our reception. I am mortified that our guests left hungry, spent a very long time waiting for food that never came, and needed to eat at restaurants after the event.

Jeff was a pleasure to work with. He showed up on time, with everything I had asked for, and the food was delicious. The best items were the ones he had specifically recommended, so I would advise you to be guided by his advice.
