Maria catered part of our Xmas holiday party in Birmingham. Her jerk chicken dish and pastellios were out of this world. I had so many co-workers call and text me for her number it was shocking. At one point during the party, there was silence. Everyone was eating. I also order from her on a regular basis the chicken wings, can't explain to you how fabulous they are. Highly recommend her for all your ocasions.

Best fried chicken I've had in ages. Nice and crispy on the outside while moist and well-seasoned on the inside. I don't eat fried chicken much, but when I get the craving I go straight to Social Butterfly Catering. Also be sure to check out the pastelillos, particularly if you've never had them before. They taste like pure heaven and you'll want to thank me afterwards!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with my clients in person so that way i can see there true expression upon my suggestions. That way they won't havevti settle for something and i can truly please them
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been cooking since the age of 3 and fell in love with it. Ever since then you couldn't and still can't keep me out of the kitchen. My dad whom is no longer living is the reason for my love of cooking he has inspired me.
