- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
pricing varies depending on the job, I try to keep things affordable both for me and the customer I believe in the interest of fairness and not hooking or crooking anyone
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to know what issue they are experiencing, I try not to over diagnose a problem without first looking at it, I usually tell the customer I need to check out the that they are explaining, as well has have the customer re occur the issue..

over 13 years in the computer repair field, Worked at Cybertech computers from April 2003 to November 2010 Worked at Microcenter as a Service Technician from 2010 to 2011 from that time working as a Freelance Computer Repair technician servicing customers all over the Metro Detroit Area.
