- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based by the hour with a 2 hour minimum. We can make up to 1200 mini donuts per hour so your guests can come back as much as they like during our serving time. We take a 50% deposit to save the date with the balance due within a week of the big day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple. We gather all of the info we need such as venue address, time of service and any additional toppings requested. We draw up a contract and e mail it you the customer. We get you booked on our schedule once we get your signed contract back with 50% deposit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 6 years in this business and hundreds upon hundreds of successful events under our belts, we are qualified to handle any party or event you may have.
