Introduction: As a certified coach and a hypnotherapist, I offer a unique facet on top of normal personal training that helps client release negative emotions, sabotaging habits, and limiting beliefs in the fitness area and encourage motivation inside the clients' hearts to achieve success in their own fitness goals.
At the end of the day, the clients who told me that my work had helped them reach their fitness goal is more than enough to allow me to continue my work to help people.
Playing a positive influence in people's lives is my biggest motivation.

Jimmy Lyu did a fantastic job of assisting me in the area of health and fitness. Especially with my poor eating habits. With his guidance, I was able to shift limiting beliefs and unserving behaviors into positive ones, which led me to donate 20lbs and 4 inches off my waist!
