Tristan listened to everything my husband I had to say, reviewed all of our documentation, provided an end result that was very acceptable to us, and handled everything for us so that our refund was promptly received. He was professional and a pleasure to work with. His price was good too!May 31, 2018Verified
He was great! I have been looking for an accountant and have been switching every other year in search to find one I can stay with that would offer service, quality, efficiency and responsiveness. He is tech savy, and I actually reviewed his website to see his standards and the skills he offers. Working with him was smooth, I was able to scan and submit all my supporting documents without any issues on his company link. His technology is more to date than other company’s. This make my life easier as a full time worker, full time mom, full time wife, and full time pregnant.Apr 27, 2018Verified
Working with Tristan was a breeze. He was very responsive over email when I had questions. He was also flexible in how I submitted certain documents. Overall, a great experience. I highly recommend him!Feb 27, 2018Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing is based on forms completed to ensure that you only pay for what you need. To give you an idea, our average 1040s last year was ~$300, sole props & single member LLC was ~$600, and S - Corps was $1,200. All federal and states form included. We always give you a quote before we start working so that there won't be any surprised billings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Typically, it begins with a consultation call to better understand the customer needs and their unique scenario. After the call, I would send out some information gathering documents for the customer to complete along with an engagement letter that defines the scope of work. Once I get them back, I will start working.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a Certified Public Accountant and therefore are subject to higher quality standards that your typical bookkeeper, tax accountant, or IRS Enrolled Agent. I also have an MBA in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from WPI.
