FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on forms completed to ensure that you only pay for what you need. To give you an idea, our average 1040s last year was ~$300, sole props & single member LLC was ~$600, and S - Corps was $1,200. All federal and states form included. We always give you a quote before we start working so that there won't be any surprised billings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, it begins with a consultation call to better understand the customer needs and their unique scenario. After the call, I would send out some information gathering documents for the customer to complete along with an engagement letter that defines the scope of work. Once I get them back, I will start working.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Public Accountant and therefore are subject to higher quality standards that your typical bookkeeper, tax accountant, or IRS Enrolled Agent. I also have an MBA in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from WPI.
