Send a professional instead of a guy who charged double the estimate, had only a push mower and weed eater and used my husband’s equipment WITHOUT permission. In addition, he did not mow the right side of the yard at all. He did, however, take the gate down on the dig’s run which he was specifically told not to mess with. We have a fourteen year old dog and a three month old puppy. Both escaped before we were able to contain them. In addition, they smoked on our property while hauling gas cans. We do not allow smoking on our property. Period. Finally, when my husband, who had emergency surgery and in ICU the week before. Came home and had to re-mow every everything He emptied five bags of cut grass on the corner while one of our sons picked up pine cones that had been run over instead of picked up. When asked why, he said he didn’t have a bag. Meanwhile his wife walked all around our house. We do not have a garage door because we live in the South. T My car and my son’s car are parked there. I was very uncomfortable knowing they had access to our vehicles. All in all - worst service ever.

This is all a complete lie. You also lied on the request saying it was a small yard when in reality it's a giant yard. I've been taught and worked with professionals who have owned their business since the 60's and 70's and i still get advice from them on how to run mine and quote my yards. I handle everything in a professional manner. I messed up by conducting business with someone who had been drinking and was drunken. I should had waited to talk to someone sober that's my ONLY screw up where your yard is concerned. You re yard is 4 times bigger than you said and was at least 10 inches high. I did what was requested and you were charged for the service that was requested.

I take in everything when it comes to pricing. The size of job and length of time. Im never dead set on a price though. Im understanding of different situations.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Start with phone call and discuss little details. Plan to meet at the yard for a face to face and to survey the job. Always customer remains happy and satisfied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been landscaping for 9 years. Started when I was in high school. Commercially with a lady's business I started at the bottom and worked hard and even harder to move up to get where I am today.
