FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have 3 packages for you to choose from that includes your session fee, products and gift prints. Additional prints, products and digitals can be purchased separately during our reveal & ordering session about 2-3 weeks after your session. (this does not apply to weddings, or events)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will speak over the phone for about 30 minutes so that I can explain to you how I do things and what you can expect. We will schedule a sit down for your custom design consultation where you will choose your package, discuss what you're looking for during your session and a brief walk through of the shoot. Once you're ready you will pay your non-refundable retainer fee which is detailed in the package information and pick your date from our calendar. For your session you will want to set aside 3-4 hours depending on the type of session, for newborns you may want to set aside a little longer because we work on the babies schedule not ours. We will travel to a few different locations to make sure that we capture exactly what fits you and your families needs. (locations that mean something to the clients tend to render the best because they invoke a special meaning for them). After the session I will spend about 40 hours professionally culling, editing your images and preparing them for your reveal session 2-3 weeks after your session. For your reveal we will meet in your home or our in-home studio to take an emotional walk through your custom designed images, look through products that we offer and even begin designing your one of a kind heirloom album. All products will be hand delivered within the time frame provided during your ordering session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have amazing photographer mentors who have helped me grow and thrive. I'm a member of several photography organizations. I attend seminars and conventions throughout the year to make sure I stay up to date on the latest trends and technology.
