FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The only standard pricing system I currently have available is in web design for start up businesses. Our Agency is able to create a five-page website, rendered in WordPress that we host for a year. These websites will come with industry-specific written content (blog) and a round of logo design. This is all in an attempt to get the start-up up and running in 30 days so we can get the face of their business online while they concentrate on the local networking and other local activities that may be necessary to establish their brand. We can also have a dedicated social media manager work with a business at an hourly rate (usually starting @ $35/hr), if the client does not want to take us up on the social media packages we have available. We usually forward the packages and intake form with each quote we send.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually require the client to fill out an intake form. We use the data to help with search engine optimization on the websites or for an SEO campaign and to assist with establishing a local buzz around the client's brand/business when we create content for them (on blogs or social media).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Again, after retiring from the military, I took on the challenge of online certification and education into this field because I was used to my rank and medals speaking for my expertise. Working in the digital world, many would not see that expertise; therefore, I spent well over $50,000 getting educated and certified in web design, social media and white-hat search engine optimization techniques.
