- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be fair and affordable for the work that I do. I charge a 50% deposit fee up front prior to arrival time. Which can be paid through my website upon booking the appointment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First Step, is to listen to what the customer needs. get a feel for what the customer is looking for from us. Next, see what dates / times are available. Schedule the appointment I would secure the date and have the customer to mark as hired on the thumbtack. I would arrive at the customer home as scheduled for cleaning. Finally, received payment from the customer and have them to write a review.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of experience as a hotel housekeeper at one point. I am very detailed oriented. I have worked with "Kimco Janitorial as well as Infinity Janitorial Contractors in Atlanta as an independent contractor.
