- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Only bill for "productive time" so your fifty dollars per hour goes farther.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Arrive on time, greet and offer business card, listen to issue, then advise and begin work. I am comfortable with curious customers wanting to understand or learn more about their system.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Five years as a contractor with IBM. One year on IT staff at The Home Depot World Headquarters. Twenty years helping my own customers.
