- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat fee and I back all my work with a guarantee. For general remote repairs i charge $40 flat fee. This includes most software related issues including virus removal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will send them an e-mail with the remote software and my phone number that they can contact me at. The software creates a one time session and does not install. They will call me and we will walk through installation of the software I will connect remotely to diagnose an repair the issue. I cases were this is not appropriate we will do what is necessary to fix the issue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had training in Electromechanical engineering as well as Electronics engineering. I have also had over 20 years of on the job training support various computer systems and networks.
