FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can work in a number of ways but I primarily focus on creating a flat annual fee based on the clients specific situation. That means the amount of assets a client may have doesn't play a big role in my approach but complexity does. Most people will find this approach more cost effective than what they may be paying currently.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with a complimentary meeting to better understand what the client's goals and needs are and to make sure there is a good fit between us. If it makes sense to work together then a next appointment should be scheduled where more a more detailed conversation takes place.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
16 years with one of the largest financial service companies in the world. I have broad experience with both investment and retirement planning. I am currently enrolled in the Boston University CFP program.
