- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It depends on what it is. I wont charge someone that i couldn't help.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to them over the phone to see exactly what they need, sometimes i am able to redirected them or give them another solution.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in Fashion Design from The Art Institute of CA-SD and i have been sewing for over 15 years. I have done fashion shows and also organized and coordinated plenty of photo shoots.
