Dana was the absolute best advocate you can ask for when making a real estate purchase! When we bought our home the real estate market was VERY competitive, homes were often selling in under 24 hours! Dana sent us listings as they came on the market and was always available to see the home as soon as we were (in most cases the same day)! She is an excellent negotiator too and will help you to get the best bang for your buck. We were first time home buyers and had NO IDEA what we were doing. Dana helped us through every step of the process. Highly recommended!
