What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We host a video meeting with our non local clients via skype (Career_Classy) or meet with our local clients. They provide us information in regards of the look, challenges, and expectations. We begin searching for ideas to present to the client. The idea is sent via email, they choose a selection, and ship the order to non local clients and deliver to local clients.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a business consultant for my other firm. I have sat on panels where we have provided interview tips, appearance, and professionalism to candidates at different workshops.
