- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our new customers receive a personal introduction of our organization then discuss the specific needs of our client. We create a written checklist to ensure our clients' needs our addressed by our team. Upon completion we send a quality survey, with commentary, to ensure the client is 100% satisfied.
