- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I estimate the amount of time it will take to complete a project. This includes the time to travel and pick up supplies. I then multiply the estimated hours by 40-45 dollars per hour depending on the complexity of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to understand who the customer is, and what their expectations are. Every job is unique, and I try to relate to the customer so that I can appropriately address each project to their satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked as a carpenter and also managed a 4-plex building where I was responsible for the upkeep and repairs on the property.
