- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard pricing is $20-25 per half hour and $5 for each additional dog. My half hours are not timed to the minute and I usually tend to spend extra time giving love and affection, if time allows in my schedule. There is a small fee for medication administration.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe a Meet and Greet is essential before our initial walk/drop-in visit to ensure we are a good fit. All pets and families are unique and I like to spend a little time getting to know each one individually.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides caring for my own English Bulldog/Boxer mix, I was the go-to pet sitter for my community for many years.
