Relaxation / stress relief,
Swedish massage (standard),
Deep tissue massage,
This was the first time I've had a therapist in my home and Hedi was very sweet, easy to talk to and made me feel really comfortable before and during the visit. Hedi is punctual, professional and very knowledgeable in her field. I am very happy with the deep tissue massage she preformed and was left feel great because it. I would highly recommend Hedi for your therapy needs. I am definitely will be calling her back for future appointments.Jun 23, 2018VerifiedHeidi Olsen Massage and Yoga's reply

Thank you, Tobi! Glad to help you!
My first massage with Heidi . Although she just recently received her license, you would never know it from the quality of her work. I have cronic back and neck issues which she did an incredible job of relieving. She used deep therapeutic pressure where needed (but always asked if it was too much.) She was professional, attentive and, most of all, has an uplifting spirit which made for a memorable 90 minutes. Highly recommend.Jun 1, 2018

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?New clients will sit down with me and fill out an intake form and we will discuss the clients goals and preferences with massage therapy. We discuss a brief medical history, postural analysis, and determine pressure and modality preference and then you get to enjoy your relaxation or therapeutic massage.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have 600+ hours of Massage Therapy training and 200+ hours of Yoga training.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I found Yoga over 10 years ago and fell in love with the practice. I found that Yin and Alignment Yoga were the best styles for me and love to teach these styles! Massage therapy found me when I had rolled out other forms of therapies for managing stress, anxiety, hypermobility, and headaches. I found that a good mixture of both Yoga and Massage can be a recipe for ultimate relaxation and quality of life!
